A developed nation or country is a result of the development. Developed countries in general is a country that was able to maximize its resources, to serve forces inside and outside so it can be determined as well as producing countries. In contrast to the developing countries where its main characteristic is the high population increase without offset facilities and accommodation, education, economy, and the industry is still low.

Bert F. Hoselitz, assume there are non-economic factors that play a role as a determinant of economic development. That means, there are factors not directly related to the economy, and it is also a determining factor of economic development, the education factor.

Education in developed countries likely very advanced than in developing countries. . It is a issue concerning with a mindset the system in the country and the people concerned. In the developed countries, education is one of the concentration of government in the state program because they realize that education is a prerequisite in the development.

The only way to get quality human resource is the education and the quality system of education. Government of Indonesia is required to implement the education system better. With qualified human resources, the movement of development can be maximized. Education should be positioned as one input of a development, the output was the maximum welfare of citizens and states. In terms of formation education, should not forget the aspect of SQ and EQ. In terms of infrastructure should also be further enhanced.

Development is not easy, it needs careful planning, the new ideas, experts and others. Without his education, these factors are very difficult to obtain. Therefore, in a government must give priority to education, improve the quality of education, so that the future of our nation will be more advanced and not undermined by other countries.
